Superconductivity of YBa2Cu3O6+x and DyBa2Cu3O6+x quenched under high pressure
Description
Quenching effect under up to 76 Pa quasihydrostatic pressure within temperature wide range on properties of HTSC with 123-YBa2Cu3O6+x and DyBa2Cu3O6+x structure is studied. It is shown, that under certain conditions one can obtain a compact porous-free substance with satisfactory superconducting properties. It is determined, that boron nitride traditionally used at thermal treatment is not adequate in this case. Quenching under pressure starting from 400-500 deg C results in loss of oxygen by a lattice, in reduction of orthorhombic structure parameter and in reduction of superconducting transition temperature
