Le dispositif se compose d'un filtre et d'un detecteur place en regard et separes par une grille. Selon l'invention, la grille est constituee de plaques radiales perpendiculaires au filtre et au detecteur s'etendant sur toute la distance entre ces derniers et definissant des alveoles dont chacun est ouvert sur l'exterieur de l'espace compris entre le filtre et le detecteur
