An analysis of the surface barrier structure of W(001)

Description
Recently, the authors studied the surface barrier structure of Cu(001) using LEED theory and intensity data. Using a modified image barrier it was possible to estimate the height and location of the surface barrier. Some new high resolution LEED intensity data has since been published for W(001). The aim of this paper is to apply similar methods to analyse the surface barrier structure of W(001). (Auth.)
