Surface analyses on fuel elements and dissolution residues of high specific activity

The possibilities of various methods of surface analysis (Auger electron-, ESCA-photoelectron and energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometer) on radioactive materials are shown. First results of measurements on fuel elements, dissolution residues and samples of aerosol formation are discussed. (orig.)

Die Moeglichkeiten verschiedener Verfahren (Auger-Elektronen-, ESCA-Photoelektronen-, ESCA-Photoelektronen- und energiedispersive Roentgenspektrometrie) zur Oberflaechenanalyse an radioaktiven Substanzen werden gezeigt.
