Angular momentum as open quantum system. II. Heisenberg representation

  • 1. Institute of Atomin Physics, P.O.Box MG-6, Bucharest, (Romania)

Description

A simple symmetric model for the opening of the angular momentum, constructed in the frame of the Lindblad theory of open quantum systems with the opening operators Vj linear only in the generators Nk of the Lorentz group, is studied in the Heisenberg representation. An infinite system of first order differential equations in the powers of the generators Lk and Nk is obtained. It is shown that for diagonal in l density matrix this system reduced to a finite dimension which leads to the same evolution law for L2 (t) like in the Schroedinger representation. (Author)
