Description

Small, high performance, static water targets for the production of aqueous F-18 fluoride from enriched O-18 water have been developed for use with a collimated 11 MeV proton beam extracted from a negative ion cyclotron. Results for the radiochemical yield using both ''thick'' and ''thin'' targets as a function of beam current are presented. (author)
