Study of the radioprotective activity mechanism of hydrobromides 2-amino-5.6-dihydro-4H-1.3-thiazine, 4-metyl and 2-amino-thiazoline

Description

It has been shown on mice that radioprotective activity of thiazoline and thiazine derivatives under study is not connected with the oxygen effect and action of these substances on the content of endogenous thiols. Their prolonged radioprotective efficiency, in contrast to readily metabolizing sulphur-containing substances, is due to the fact that the compounds named above remain unaltered in the organism for a long time
