Description
The Relativistic Internal Time (R.I.T.) algebra is the infinite dimensional Lie algebra generated by the Poincare algebra and the internal time operator. The R.I.T. algebra characterises unstable relativistic dynamical systems. Such unstable systems are intrinsically irreversible in the sense that they admit a non-unitary realisation of dynamics as a Markov process. (orig.)
