Mathematical model of welding bath chemical composition formation
Description
General model of formation of chemical composition of weld metal is suggested. The model enables to allow for the eimitless number of parallel interrelated physicochemical processes on the surface and in bulk of bath and the irregularity of temperature distribution. It is shown that the model gives the possibility to calculate satisfactorily bath parameters (mass, surface area, average temperature) and manganese amount
