Description
Microalbuminuria (MAU) is an important biomarker for the diagnosis of kidney disease. Conventional methods for diagnosing MAU are often inaccurate and costly. In the present work, MAU has been identified as a biomarker for the diagnosis of kidney disease using a magnetic nanobiosensor. The normal range and standard curve of the magnetic nanobiosensor are obtained through interaction of Fe3O4 nanorods synthesized by microwave-assisted method and albumin. The aim of this study is to fabricate a magnetic nanobiosensor with high accuracy and accuracy and precision in detecting MAU. So, the novelty of the magnetic nanobiosensors over other commonly used laboratory methods is known to be their ability to faster help patients. The results show that the magnetic nanobiosensor can be a good option for detecting MAU due to its high accuracy (R2 = 0.9251) in the normal range of 0.4 mg/mL to 6.4 mg/mL.
