Conformation of lanthanides complexes of L-serine phosphate and ethanolamine phosphate in aqueous phase

Description
NMR paramagnetic shifts induced by rare earth cations lead to conformations of complexes in aqueous solution. A computer treatment is developped for complexes of L-serine phosphate and ethanolamine phosphate with lanthanides in acidic solution (pH=1 to 1.8). Angle and distance values are discussed with a hindered rotation about P-O1 bond
Abstract (French)
L'analyse des deplacements paramagnetiques induits par les cations de terres rares permet de determiner la conformation d'un complexe en solution. Un traitement mathematique est developpe dans le cas des complexes formes en milieu acide (pH=1 a 1,8) par la L-phosphoserine et la phosphoethanolamine avec les lanthanides. La discussion des valeurs d'angles et de distances permet de proposer pour ces complexes une structure presentant une semi rotation autour de la liaison P-O1Additional details
