Compositional ordering of amorphous alloys

Description
Based on data on x-ray scattering a structural factor of an amorphous alloy, representing topologic and composition orders in the atom arrangement and vitrification parameter, is obtained. Non-ergodicity effects are taken into account. A self-agreed theory of compositional ordering, making no use of reply technique and free from non-physical results of negative entropy type, is constructed within the framework of Osing model with random spreading of interaction parameter. The system thermodynamic behaviour with regard to structural relaxation is described
