Mechanism of the dynamical fission of 238U, 233Th and 197Au nuclei induced by 1 GeV protons

Description
The atomic nuclei dynamic fission implies such a fission, whereby the nucleus is deformed and its fragments scatter in the direction of the internal, nucleon-flux, caused by the external impact. The experimental data, obtained by means of the two-leg time-of-flight spectrometer, testify to the significant contribution to the events of the 238U, 233Th and 197Au nuclei dynamic fission by the protons with the energy of 16 eV to the total cross sections of these nuclei fission
Abstract (Russian)
Динамичным делением атомных ядер предлагается называть такое деление ядер, при котором ядро деформируется, а его осколки разлетаются в направлении внутреннего нуклонного потока, вызванного внешним воздействием. Эксперимнетальные данные, полученные с помощью двухплечевого времяпролетного спектрометра, свидетельствуют о значительном вкладе событий динамичного деления ядер 238U, 233Th и 197Au протонами с энергией 1 ГэВ в полные сечения деления этих ядерAdditional details
