Fabrication of the Perovskite Like La2/3A1/2MnO3 (Where A=K and Ag) Thin Films by Sol-Gel Dip Coating on pyrex Glass

Description
In this study, La1-x Ax MnO3( A=K and Ag ) films have been fabricated on pyrex glass substrates by sol-gel dip coating method. By using La, K, Ag and Mn nitrates, La0.67K0.33MnO3(LKMO) and La0.67Ag0.33MnO3(LAMO) films have been prepared by different solutions. The coated films have been annealed in the air atmosphere at different temperature's. XRD, SEM and spectroscopic ellipsometers have been used for investigation the film structures and surface properties. XRD spectrums of the La0.67K0.33MnO3 and La0.67Ag0.33MnO films showed that the films have perovskite structure. Spectroscopic ellipsometers results point out that the film thicknesses are varied with different dipping times for La0.67K0.33MnO3 and La0.67Ag0.33MnO respectively
