Anisotropic [roperties of film YBa2Cu3O7-σ in magnetic field
Description
Film YBa2Cu3O7-σ, syntherized by the method of pulse laser spray-coating in oxygen medium on the (100) plane of monocrystalline SrTiO3 is investigated. The films are strongly textured. Superconducting transition resistive study and oritical current dependence on temperature are conducted. The results are given
