Auch in 2018 spiegelt das Jahrbuch den aktuellen politischen, akademischen und gesellschaftlichen Diskurs im Themenfeld ''Energieeffizienz in Gebaeuden'' wider. Damit hat es sich mittlerweile zum Standardwerk in der bundesdeutschen Wohnungs- und Immobilienwirtschaft entwickelt. Wie geht es nach der langen und schwierigen Regierungsbildung weiter in Sachen Energieeffizienz in Gebaeuden? Namhafte Akteure diskutieren in der vorliegenden Ausgabe politische Positionen und Strategien. Daneben liefern Autor/innen aus der Wissenschaft einen Einblick in den aktuellen Forschungsstand im Themenfeld Energieeffizienz in Gebaeuden. Abgerundet wird das Jahrbuch durch die eindrucksvolle Dokumentation innovativer und wegweisender Projekte aus der Praxis.
