Description
A way is described for obtaining nanosecond high-voltage pulses with a shape near to one period of sinusoid: a primary single-polar pulse is shaped by a drift diode with sharp restoration; the backward wave is shaped by a short-circuited coaxial stub connected parallely with output. A schematic circuit of a generator on the base of commercial diodes with pulse amplitude of 500 V and duration of 6 ns is presented
