Investigation of the structure and certain properties of ternary Pd-Ru-W(V,Ti) alloys
Description
The isothermic section (1000 deg C) of the palladium corner of the Pd-R-W system was plotted using the physicochemical analysis. The effect was studied of the third component (Ti, V, W) upon the properties of the Pd+8%Ru alloy. It is shown that the studied alloys of ternary Pd-Ru-W system and ternary Pd+8%Ru alloys with additions of titanium, vanadium and tungsten may be recommended, by their electric and mechanical properties, for testing as electrical materials intended for service in aggressive media
