Er:YLF and the possibility of self-cascade lasing
Creators
- 1. National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Hampton, VA (USA). Langley Research Center
Description
Er:YLF laser performance at 0.85 and 1.73 μm is explored as well as the possibility of self cascade lasing. Laser operation on both transitions is investigated as a function of temperature. Possible self cascade laser operation has been assessed using both laser performance and spectroscopic data
