Description
The Coherent harmonic generation at NIJI-IV was numerically investigated by using GENESIS 1.3 code and its extended code including an optical klystron and resonator configurations. The calculated intra-cavity peak power of third harmonic at 100 nm was ∼20 μW with a hole-coupled resonator in a Q-switched FEL. The optical mode inside the cavity was found to be mainly fundamental Gaussian at the peak intensity of third harmonic. (author)
