Structure of the X-ray photoelectron and X-ray emission spectra of ThO2 and ThF4 connected with the electrons of molecular orbitals

Description
The fine structure of the O4.5(Th) X-ray electron and X-ray emission spectra of the thorium low-energy electrons (0 - ∼ 50 eV) in the ThO2 and ThF4 is studied. It is established, that both outer valence (0 - ∼ 15 eV) and internal valence valence (0 - ∼ 50 eV) molecular orbitals are formed in the compounds, which in a greater degree are conditioned by Th6p - and O(F)2s-shell of the neighboring thorium atoms and ligands

Изучена тонкая структура рентгеноэлектронных и рентгеновских O4.5(Th)-эмиссионных спектров низкоэнергетических (0 - ∼ 50 эВ) электронов тория в ThO2 и ThF4. Установлено, что в этих соединениях образуются как внешние валентные (0 - ∼ 15 эВ), так и внутренние валентные (0 - ∼ 50 эВ) молекулярные орбитали, в большей степени обусловленные Th6p - и O(F)2s-оболочками соседних атомов тория и лигандовAdditional details
