This paper reports a study undertaken to assess long-term physical measurement and statistical analysis of audible noise (together with associated environmental conditions) which is a result of corona discharge from high voltage (550 and 735 kV) transmission lines under all conditions of weather. Noise at the property line from a 735 kV transformer station has also been studied
