Description
The principle of the quasi-elastic scattering method using nuclear resonant scattering by Synchrotron radiation and the apparatus realizing a high efficiency measurement are explained. The studies are introduced that the molecular motion of a supercooled liquid o-terphenyl is tinged with a solid character, and that the anisotropic motion of liquid crystal molecules is measured microscopically.
