Study of phase transformations in the series of polyphosphates of rare earths Ln(POΛ3)Λ3 by the method of combination light scattering

Description
Using the method of high-temperature spectroscopy of combination light scattering, temperature boundaries of existence of three structural types - 1, 2, and C polyphosphates of rare earths are determined, and congruent character of Ln(POΛ3)Λ3 melting is established. Interrelaion between the structure of Ln(POΛ3)Λ3 in the melt, glass-like and crystal states, and its effect on the sequence of crystal phase separation, when annealing glasses of the composition LnΛ2OΛ3x3PΛ2OΛ5, has been detected. By means of glass crystallization La(POΛ3)Λ3 in the structural state C has been prepared for the first time
