Phase diagram of surface superconductivity

Description
The numerical analysis of the surface superconductivity stability is carried out within the frames of the Ginzburg-Landau theory. The peculiarities of the behavior by the approach to the stability boundary are described within the frames of the Landau second order phase transitions theory, applied to the metastable state. It is established, that the effect of wetting - the thickness of the surface superconductivity diverges by the magnetic field inclination to the critical one - may be observed by the transition of the first order superconductors to the second order superconductors

В теории Гинзбурга-Ландау проведен численный анализ устойчивости поверхностной сверхпроводимости. Особенности поведения решения при подходе к границе устойчивости описаны в рамках теории фазовых переходов второго рода Ландау, примененной для метастабильного состояния. Установлено, что при переходе от сверхпроводников I рода к сверхпроводникам II рода должно наблюдаться явление смачивания - толщина поверхностной сверхпроводимости расходится при стремлении магнитного поля к критическомуAdditional details
