Description

The system of personnel training in the ''Bruno Leuschner'' nuclear power plant in Greifswald is described. The principles are shown of training engineers and technicians, foremen, workers and apprentices. Comprehensive care for the nuclear power plant staff is outlined. A 5-stage training programme of engineers and technicians is described. The training centre is located in the area of the Rheinsberg nuclear power plant and currently has a permanent staff of 10.
