Research on dead layer thickness and cold finger size of coaxial HPGe detector

Description
HPGe detector crystal dead layer thickness and cold finger size were corrected by Monte Carlo simulation along with experiment. The results show that when the HPGe detector dead layer thickness is 0.22 cm, the thickness and length of cold-finger size are 0.301 and 1 cm, the simulated efficiency is consistent with the experimental efficiency.
