Development of high transition temperature a.c. superconductors for power engineering uses. Final report
Description
A summary gives the results of three research projects, i.e. development of powder-metallurgical methods for high-Tc superconductor manufacturing, development of high-Tc superconductor chemical gas phase deposition on fibers, and application-oriented studies (current-limiting high-Tc energy systems, stability analyses, and calculation of a.c. losses by means of computer simulations). Berichtet wird ueber die Ergebnisse von drei Forschungsarbeiten: 1) Entwicklung von pulvermetallurgischen Verfahren zur Herstellung von Hoch-Tc-Supraleitern; 2) Entwicklung der chemischen Abscheidung von Hoch-Tc-Supraleitern aus der Gasphase auf Fasern; und 3) anwendungsbezogene Arbeiten (I. strombegrenzende Hoch-Tc-Energiesysteme; und II.
