Study on the dynamic characteristic of the laser produced plasma in the additional electric field

Description
Electrons and ions in plasma by Excimer Laser ablating of the solid sample are collected by the electrodes. The forming of the electric signal and the time dependent characteristics are analyzed. The relation between the electric signal intensity with the additional voltage, the pressure of the buffer gas and the laser fluency is obtained
