Exterior axisymmetric solution for a rotating charged body in the relativistic theory of gravitation
Description
An exact solution of the complete combined system of equations of the relativistic theory of gravitation and Maxwell's equations is found in the axisymmetric case for an electrically charged rotating body. It is shown that in the neighborhood of the horizon there is both gravitational and electric (for opposite charges) slowing down, as a result of which test charged bodies fall to the horizon for an infinitely long time without winding round it
