Hydrodynamical description of relativistic heavy-ion reactions
Description
The hydrodynamical model of the relativistic heavy ion collisions is introduced, its applicability is discussed and the basic features of the most important hydrodynamical models are presented. The evaporation model which may be attached to the hydrodynamical one in order to describe the final break-up stage of the collision is also introduced. The most characteristic results of the model are shown and compared to the experimental ones. The recently observed signatures of collective, hydrodynamical processes are analysed and the main predictions of the model are discussed. (Auth.)
