Australia's natural resources
Description
The geological structures of Australia are explained starting with a division into four provinces: west, north, central und east Australian orogen provinces. The production and reserves of selected mineral raw materials are dealt with in short sections. Furthermore, a comparison is made between the Australian and world reserves of important mineral raw materials. (UA/LH)

Es werden die geologischen Strukturen Australiens erlaeutert, wobei von einer Einteilung in vier Provinzen ausgegangen wird: West-, Nord-, Zentral- und Ost-Australische Orogenprovinzen. In kurzen Abschnitten werden Produktion und Reserven ausgewaehlter Mineralrohstoffe behandelt. Ausserdem wird ein Vergleich zwischen den australischen und den Weltreserven an wichtigen Mineralrohstoffen angestellt. (UA)Additional details
