An automated system for experiments with synchrotron radiation of the 'Sirius' synchrotron

  • 1. Tomskij Politekhnicheskij Inst. (USSR). Nuclear Physics Research Inst.

Description

The system that we describe in this article includes a computer, software, measurement channels, a channel for control of wavelength scanning, a channel for control of sweeping the electrostatic analyser of electron energy, and a channel to the main computer of the 'Sirius' synchrotron. The relative error in the measurement line is 0.1%, the wavelength accuracy is 1 A in a spectral range of 2000 A, and the discreteness of the retarding potential in the energy analyser is 0.1 V.
