Modular spectro fluorimeter for Laser induced Fluorescence

Description

This work deals with description of parameters and test results obtained with modular time-resolved laser-induced fluorescence spectrometer, consisting of system for time-domain fluorescence lifetime measurements and custom CCD coupled spectrophotometer used for investigation of steady-state emission spectra. Spectro fluorimeter can be extended by fluorescence inspection probe for remote fiber sensing and can be coupled also to optical microscope. (authors)
