Remotely controlled ultrasonic test head for non-destructive material testing with ultrasonics
Description
The angle of incidence, the angle of convergence or divergence of the beam can be computer controlled and adjusted in the ultrasonic test head, e.g. for pressure vessels. The Cardan fixing of the test head has height compensation. There is a preliminary body with a coupling surface and the vibrator, including its adjustments, in the test head case. The adjustment is by means of setting motors, whose movements are transmitted to the computer. (RW)

Bei dem US-Pruefkopf fuer z.B. Druckbehaelterboeden koennen der Einstrahlwinkel, der Schielwinkel und die Divergenz des Schallbuendels rechnergesteuert und kontrolliert verstellt werden. Die kardanische Halterung des Pruefkopfes besitzt einen Hoehenausgleich. Im Pruefkopfgehaeuse befindet sich ein Vorlaufkoerper mit Ankoppelflaeche und der Schwinger einschliesslich seiner Verstellelemente. Die Verstellungen erfolgen mittels Stellmotoren, deren Bewegungen dem Rechner uebermittelt werden. (RW)Files
