The separation of 99Tc HMDP by HPLC
Description
The separation of the radioactive components in 99Tc-HMDP-NaBH4 label system both by anion exchange HPLC and ion pair HPLC is described. It is discovered that there are at least four different 99Tc compounds or compounds with different valency. The radioactivity of the main peak reaches about 90% of total radioactivity
