Investigation of negative ion and neutral clusters formation during sputtering of NaF and KBr surface by cesium ions
Description
Negative ion cluster emission during sputtering of NaF and KBr surface by cesium ions (an energy of primary ions is 0,1-3,0 keV) has been investigated. Experimental data have been obtained concerning cluster formation mechanisms which allow to formulate arguments for a model of direct cluster emission from NaF and KBr. (author). 6 refs., 2 figs
