Process and marking device for tube of tubular plate heat exchanger
Description
For marking the end of a tube of a tubular plate heat exchanger a flex with a marking head is introduced into the tube until the head emerges at the end to be marked. The head, on which are fixed the marking discs, is dilated radially and the flex pulled back until the markers are in contact with the end of the tube. Then the head is contracted and the whole flex is retrieved from the tube

L'invention concerne un procede de marquage d'une extremite d'un tube d'echangeur de chaleur tubulaire et l'appareil de marquage correspondant. On introduit par l'extremite d'un tube de l'echangeur un flexible muni d'une tete de marquage ayant une portion mediane dilatable radialement et sur laquelle sont fixes des moyens marqueurs jusqu'a une position de la tete s'etendant en dehors de l'extremite a reperer du tube; on dilate radialement et a distance ladite portion mediane et on tire sur le flexible jusqu'a ce que la tete entre en contact par ces moyens marqueurs avec l'extremite a reperer; on contracte ensuite la portion mediane de la tete et on retire le flexibleAdditional details
