Description
The thermal and electronic properties of diamond thin films contribute to use fullness of semiconductor materials for high power, temperature, frequency and optoelectronic applications. The method of deposition and the results of chemical, structural, micro structural and electrical characterization are briefly reviewed for thin film of this material. (author)
