Effect of accelerating gradient of capture section on capture rate in positron linac

Description
How the accelerating gradient of the capture section affects on the capture rate in a positron linac is calculated, and the results are used to compare with the measured values of the BEPC. The wide of the region is indicated, in which the capture rate is independent on the accelerating gradient
