Small-scale anisotropy and composition of E0 ≅ 1017 eV cosmic rays by Yakutsk EAS array data

Description
The analysis of results of arrival directions of cosmic rays with E0 ≅ 1016.9-17.2 eV and zenith angles θ ≤ 45 deg registered at the Yakutsk EAS array for 1974 to 2001 period are presented. It is shown that the considerable part of them form a lot of clusters. The clusters are of small-scale structure. They are apparently formed by the extragalactic neutral particles

Приведены результаты анализа направлений прихода космических лучей с энергиями E0 ≅ 1016.9-17.2 эВ и зенитными углами θ ≤ 45 град, зарегистрированных на Якутской установлке ШАЛ за период 1974-2001 гг. Показано, что значительная их часть входит в кластеры, которые имеют мелкомасштабную ячеистую структуру и образованы, по-видимому, нейтральными частицами внегалактического происхожденияAdditional details
