Mixed gauge and gravitational chiral anomalies

Description
We consider critically some recent results on the breaking of global and local Lorentz invariance by a chiral fermion coupled to a gauge field, and we obtain a new formulation of mixed gauge gravitational anomalies that shows in particular an equivalence among Lorentz, Einstein and gauge anomalies.
