Effect of annealing on the real structure of doped PbTe crystals

Description
Effect of isothermal annealing on real structure of the PbTe crystals, doped with Cr, Co, Ni, Ga, In is studied. It is shown that the process proceeding at high temperatures in the alloyed crystal matrix, are represented by the complex of complicated events. Both general regularities and individual peculiarities of the admixture interaction with the basic material are observed. Such peculiarities include the nickel behaviour in PbTe
