PAC investigations of ferromagnetic spinel semiconductors
Description
In this thesis the following problems have been investigated: lattice site occupation of doping atoms, extent and annealing behavior of implantation damage, role of lattice defects like cation or anion vacancies, thermal behavior of doping atoms, implantation induced disordered structures, and experimental hyperfine fields as test quantities for modern ab initio calculations.
