Normally ordered expansion of 3-dimensional bipartite Coulomb potential operator

Description

We derive the normally ordered expansion formula of bipartite Coulomb potential operator vertical bar R->α-R->β vertical bar -1 by virtue of the method of integral within an ordered product of operators and the entangled state representation, where vertical bar R->α-R->β vertical bar is the distance between two particles' positions. The new expansion formula provides convenience for calculating its coherent states' matrix elements. The normally ordered expansion of vertical bar R->α-R->β vertical bar k, k>=-2, is also deduced
