VUV reflection spectra of Bi12TiO20 monocrystals

Description
For the first time reflection spectra of Bi12TiO20 crystals in the 2-41 eV energy range at room temperature are studied. According to the reflection spectra the spectral dependences of the following quantities are calculated: real E1 and imaginary E2 parts of permittivity, refraction and absorption indices, characteristic loss functions, reduced interband state density, effective number of valency electrons in an elementary cell and effective permittivity value
