Electrical transport properties of the alloy (V03Nb07)O2
Creators
Description
Measurements of the electrical conductivity and the Seebeck effect in (V0.3Nb0.3)O2 are reported. A semiconductor-to-metal transition is observed at about 1000°K and an evaluation of the activation energy for the electron mobility gives 0.05 eV.
