Description

In the first part of this paper the principles of the theory of reliability, especially the methods of calculation, the concept of reliability, the failure characteristics, the life-time models, and the failure rates, are explained. In the second part measures to improve reliability and various methods of reliability analysis (worst case method, differential ratio method, Monte-Carlo method, fault-tree analysis) are discussed. Im ersten Teil der vorliegenden Arbeit werden die Grundlagen der Zuverlaessigkeitstheorie, insbesondere Berechnungsverfahren, Begriff der Zuverlaessigkeit, Ausfallcharakteristiken, Lebensdauermodelle und Ausfallraten erlaeutert. Im zweiten Teil werden dann zuverlaessigkeitserhoehende Massnahmen und verschiedene Methoden der Zuverlaessigkeitsanalyse (Worst Case Methode, Differenzen-Quotientenverfahren, Monte Carlo Methode, Fehlerbaumanalyse) diskutiert.
