Report of data collection and arrangement of cross-section of atomic process

A survey of data concerning the cross-section of atomic processes was carried out by means of the distribution of questionnaire among research fellows of nuclear fusion council. Data were requested on electron impact, emission and absorption of light, collision between atoms, three body collision, width of spectral lines and others. Concerning electron impact, data were collected on scattering, excitation and de-excitation, ionization, recombination and electron attachment. Concerning the emission and absorption of light, the probabilities of bound-bound transition, bound-free transition, and free-free transition were compiled. Elastic scattering, excitation, ionization, dissociation, ion-molecule reaction, and energy transfer were stated for heavy particle collisions. Results are also presented on three body collision and spectral line widths. A list of references is presented
