Modeling of thermal processes during vapor deposition of material on curvilinear surface
Creators

Description
A mathematical model has been constructed that describes the deposition of material on a curvilinear surface. This model considers convective heat transfer, heat transfer by radiation, and heat and mass transfer during the attachment of the substance to the surface. For the model numerical algorithm is constructed to find the temperature profile in a curvilinear plate; results of calculations for different materials are given. (paper)
